At Pistis Investment Group, Eyitayo streamlined core business processes, embedded analytics that sharpened operational visibility, and led initiatives that expanded market reach and efficiency. At BearingPoint and Ernst & Young, she advised C-suite leaders on go-to-market strategy, operating model redesign, and change management across the U.S. and Africa. Her portfolio includes helping a fintech unicorn scale into new markets, overseeing the strategic exit of underperforming products for a Fortune 50 CPG company. Before that, she led corporate strategy and managed a large-scale agricultural development program at SaroAfrica International.  

Eyitayo holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ilorin.
