Andrew brings nearly a decade of experience in strategic planning and operationalization at the intersection of the public and private sectors. Coming from economics and urban planning backgrounds, his work has concentrated on understanding the ways in which complex systems and networks of stakeholders can come together to generate synergies and drive socioeconomic impact.
He has supported a wide array of private and public sector clients across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, covering a range of topics from supporting a Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund to develop a local content strategy for a >$50bn real estate portfolio to working with a European mass transit agency to optimize service delivery for more than 1 million daily passengers to serving a multilateral finance institution to define its support strategy for the West African manufacturing sector.
Prior to joining Telesto, Andrew spent nearly five years with McKinsey & Company where he focused on corporate strategy and economic development. He is a former Peace Corps Volunteer and holds a Master of Public Administration / International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
