Whitney is a dynamic and creative leader who brings a diverse background of global experience to the Telesto team. As manager, Whitney leverages the strengths of her team to deliver best-in-class services aligned with Telesto’s bold vision for the world to catalyze success for our clients. She is an expert relationship manager who is driven by shared successes and complex challenges.

Whitney began her career in Chicago as a management consultant, serving as lead consultant to a $1B SaaS development and implementation project for a large non-profit client, before spending nearly a decade in academia at North Central College. Throughout her tenure, Whitney built robust international partnerships for experiential education and research focused on civic engagement, social innovation, conflict resolution, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, she taught undergraduate and graduate level coursework in the college’s Leadership, Ethics, and Values program where she helped to develop curriculum for majors and minors in social innovation and entrepreneurship. She received national awards for change leadership and innovation in curriculum, and she helped the institution achieve elite designation by Ashoka, an international network for social entrepreneurs. Whitney has also been an entrepreneur, supporting systems-level economic development initiatives, and a community mentor for women entrepreneurs.

Whitney is passionate about the potential for leaders to solve huge, complex challenges and is eager to drive positive impact with Telesto. She currently volunteers as a business mentor with the Doyenne Group in Madison, Wisconsin, and has volunteered nationally and internationally in Kenya, Uganda, Thailand, El Salvador, and Palestine, respectively. During Whitney’s travels, she has first-hand experience working within refugee camps, micro-finance opportunities, conflict resolution, human trafficking, and economic development.
