Shantal brings over ten years of recruitment experience across various sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet organizational hiring needs. Her expertise spans managing full life-cycle recruitment processes, building partnerships with stakeholders, and advancing diversity initiatives.
Prior to her role at Telesto, Shantal spent four years as a Human Resource Senior Associate at PwC, where she developed recruitment strategies for executive search projects throughout Latin America. Additionally, she supported the early career recruitment strategy at Willis Towers Watson by collaborating with campus diversity groups in the United States and Canada to attract underrepresented talent.
Shantal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of her professional life, Shantal enjoys traveling and learning new languages.
