Fiona holds expertise in hardware manufacturing, systems engineering, and B2C healthcare technology. She is excited to work at the forefront of corporate growth strategy and market intelligence. Her diverse industry experiences include human-centered design, product development, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and data visualization. 

Prior to joining Telesto, Fiona was a technical data analyst at Capgemini where she supported a manufacturing executing system to enable process monitoring for a global manufacturing client. Prior to consulting, Fiona founded her startup, Therapalz, where she built predictive, therapeutic robots for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. During her time with Therapalz, she led product development, established strategic partnerships, and conducted an international IRB study.

Outside of work, Fiona is passionate about hiking, drawing, or planning her next trip around the world.
