Debbie has more than 30 years of technology marketing experience, and is known as a results-oriented, visionary change agent with deep expertise in strategic planning, product management and marketing. She previously served as the CMO/EVP of JLL’s Corporate Solutions business, where she oversaw the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drove the firm’s growth. Prior to JLL, she served as chief marketing officer for the professional-services firm Huron. In two years there, she repositioned and relaunched the Huron brand and transformed Huron’s marketing organization into a strategic team focused on driving revenue through lead generation and strategic market-development efforts. Her work won accolades, including a 2018 Forrester ROI Award.

From 1996 to 2015, Debbie served in a number of business and marketing leadership roles with Zebra Technologies, a $4.5B global leader in enterprise asset intelligence.  As vice president of global marketing, she led the company’s global market strategies and operations, including market research and planning, brand strategy, corporate communications, product marketing, and industry and channel-strategy development.  In this role, she directed the successful communications roll-out and integration of marketing for Zebra’s acquisition of Motorola Solutions’ enterprise business, which included a comprehensive functional and organizational redesign of the global marketing organization. Her leadership helped drive consistent growth and outstanding financial returns. She also built the firm’s healthcare practice.

Debbie started her career at MCI Telecommunications and also held positions within GTE (Verizon) and Rexam PLC.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut School of Business. She is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and also serves on the advisory board of Proof Analytics, a software-platform company that optimizes investments in sales and marketing.
