- Healthcare workforce priorities that informed retention strategy. Led an employee survey program revealing gaps between what the workforce values most and leadership assumptions, leading to adjustments in benefits, career development, and other workforce initiatives.
- Voice of customer driving PropTech strategy. Directed voice-of-customer research and strategic recommendations for a property technology company, translating customer priorities into a focused product roadmap and differentiation strategy with an emphasis on sustainability capabilities.
