Victor brings a diverse background of global, strategic advisory to the Telesto team. He has extensive cross-sectional experience in helping organizations rethink their purpose and build strategies that create value not just for their shareholders and employees, but also for society at large.

Prior to joining Telesto, Victor spent four years at Boston Consulting Group, where he supported large-scale transformation and strategy development/implementation projects for the public, private, and social sectors.

Victor holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Babcock University in Nigeria and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has lived and worked in Africa, America, and the Middle East. Outside of work, Victor likes to travel and is passionate about meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.
