Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000

Responsibilities:
Consult with clients on long-term strategies and implementation plans for making business activities more sustainable and climate-friendly, including but not limited to clients’ operations, manufacturing, distribution, etc.; Drive day-to-day execution of their dedicated workstreams on client projects with supporting upfront guidance from the team leader and from firm leadership.; Lead the complete development of deliverables from formulating initial hypotheses and frameworks, conducting analyses, undertaking primary and secondary research, and synthesizing analytical outputs into structured and insightful takeaways, including developing relevant and actionable recommendations.; Interface with peer client counterparts on behalf of the firm and build relationships with client counterparts.; Drive the creation of high-quality deliverables for workstreams, such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, client workshops or trainings, or implementation of priority initiatives.; Support junior team members in structuring their analyses and in pressure-testing and ensuring the quality of their deliverables with the assistance of their manager(s).; Support the development of project proposals and thought leadership under the direction of firm leadership.; Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentorship of firm staff.; Collaborate on internal initiatives aimed at supporting growth and achieving the firm’s vision to regenerate the planet’s health, resources, and wellbeing. **May require domestic travel less than 20%. Remote work from the same/similar time zone as Chicago is permitted.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, Environmental Sciences, Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Sustainability Consulting or a related position. This position also requires experience in collaborating with stakeholders from diverse organizations and seniority levels to develop strategic and analytical deliverables for multi-stakeholder audiences such as corporate strategies, policy memos and white papers; 2 years’ experience in project management, coordinating outputs among various stakeholders while adhering to specific timelines; experience conducting data-driven analyses, including data sourcing from external sources, and creating exhibits and charts to present key findings and trends; any experience in nonprofit, volunteer, or civil service roles; professional or academic experience using issue and hypothesis trees for first-principles problem-solving; professional or academic experience conducting financial and / or economic analyses, including cost-benefit analyses, capital structure analyses, competitive advantage analyses, competitive landscape analyses, and return on investment calculations; professional or academic experience creating PowerPoint slides summarizing key findings from analytical exercises designed for multi-stakeholder and / or executive audiences; professional or academic experience developing financial, strategic, or analytical Excel models, utilizing advanced Excel formulas and modeling structure; must have the ability to pass a case-driven interview with Telesto employees.
