Diane Buckley, CPA, is a versatile and accomplished strategic financial leader with expertise in corporate governance, risk management, GAAP and statutory accounting, building financial infrastructure for scaling companies and development and management of KPI’s.  She has led financial transformations in complex regulatory environments to generate long-term shareholder value.

Previously Diane was CFO at a financial services firm with over $80 billion in invested assets, where she was a member of the senior leadership team driving the strategy of the organization.  She was also Assistant Controller at GE Financial Assurance Holdings, Inc. (a global division of GE, a Fortune 100 company).  Diane’s initial career years were at Ernst and Young where she worked in the audit practice and was also selected to lead an innovative initiative at the national office.

Diane’s commitment to the development of future leaders is reflected in her active board role at Financial Executives International Chicago Chapter, including chairperson of its premier event – CFO of the Year, the marque event in Chicago for business and finance leaders, with attendance of over 800 individuals.
